Financial Advisor IQ Recognizes Faegre Drinker as a Best ERISA Law Firm

Faegre Drinker’s Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) team received a Silver Medal in the Best ERISA Law Firm category by Financial Advisor IQ as part of its 2021 Service Awards. The awards honor asset managers, defined contribution (DC) plan recordkeepers and other business partners that advisers consider most valuable to their day-to-day practices.

For its second annual Service Awards, Financial Advisor IQ surveyed 903 financial advisers across brokerage, RIA and other channels to determine the winners across 21 categories. For recordkeepers and ERISA law firms, the publication relied on votes from all advisers, but especially those with significant DC plan business. In total, 38 recordkeepers and 12 law firms received votes.

Faegre Drinker’s ERISA team represents companies that provide investments and services to retirement plans and individual retirement accounts. With decades of experience, the team understands the challenges providers in this space face, and our members deliver advice and strategies that are grounded in how governing laws and regulatory practices impact business operations and the bottom line. The team helps clients anticipate and proactively manage compliance issues related to reporting and disclosure, prohibited transactions and fiduciary compliance.
