Faegre Drinker Recognized in BTI Consulting’s 2022 Litigation Outlook

Several Faegre Drinker practices have been recognized in BTI Consulting Group’s “Litigation Outlook 2022: Post Pandemic and Beyond” report. The firm’s class actions and commercial disputes litigation groups were named “Litigation Leaders,” with the securities and finance, and employment litigation teams named as “Standouts.” In addition, the firm’s product liability and mass torts practice was recognized as one of only four “Powerhouse” firms in the report.

The “BTI Litigation Outlook 2022” report covers key trends and changes in litigation. The research was based on more than 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue and conducted between March 10 and September 16, 2021.
