Faegre Drinker Named “Product Liability Litigation Powerhouse” by BTI Consulting

Faegre Drinker’s product liability and mass torts practice has been named a “Powerhouse” in BTI Consulting Group’s “Litigation Outlook 2022: Post-Pandemic and Beyond” report. Faegre Drinker is one of only four firms to receive the top “Powerhouse” recognition.

The “BTI Litigation Outlook 2022” report covers key trends and changes in litigation. The research was based on more than 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decisionmakers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue and conducted between March 10 and September 16, 2021.

“This recognition is a testament to the hard work and outstanding client service our practice is dedicated to providing,” said product liability & mass torts practice leader Joe Tanner. “We look forward to continuing to bring the diversity of our team and our trial, high stakes litigation, and problem solving strength to our global clients into the new year and beyond."

With a practice of 140 lawyers, as well as other trial counsel and complex litigators to draw upon as needed, Faegre Drinker has the largest product liability team in the U.S. with the most comprehensive national footprint of any law firm, spanning across our offices from coast to coast. Having specialized focus on pharmaceutical, medical device, food and agriculture, high-profile sports and consumer products litigation, our professionals have served as global and national counsel, trial counsel, settlement counsel, discovery counsel, and science/expert counsel for major product manufacturers, and have defended clients in federal and state courts in most states.
