Faegre Drinker Ranked “Best ERISA Law Firm” by Financial Advisor IQ

Faegre Drinker has been awarded the Gold Medal for “Best ERISA Law Firm” by Financial Advisor IQ as part of its inaugural “Financial Services Awards.” The ranking recognized Faegre Drinker’s ERISA team as the top law firm out of the 159 firms that received votes for the guidance and support it provides to advisors.

The 2020 “Financial Services Awards” were presented by Financial Advisor IQ to recognize fund companies, retirement plan recordkeepers and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) law firms that financial advisors designate as outstanding partners of their practices. The publication surveyed 1,144 advisors to determine the winners across 21 categories. For ERISA law firms, the publication relied on votes from the entire “FT 401” ranking of top Defined Contribution (DC) plan advisors (with a median of $800 million in DC plan assets under administration).

Faegre Drinker’s ERISA team represents companies that provide investments and services to retirement plans and IRAs. With decades of experience, the team understands the challenges providers in this space face, and our members deliver advice and strategies that are grounded in how governing laws and regulatory practices impact business operations and bottom line. The team helps clients anticipate and proactively manage compliance issues related to reporting and disclosure, prohibited transactions and fiduciary compliance.
