Florham Park counsel Joan Neri was quoted in an ACA Insight article titled “DOL Finalizes 18 Month Delay for Fiduciary Rule Exemptions.” The article discusses the Department of Labor’s recent extension of the fiduciary rule transition period. Joan recommended that advisers take steps now, if they have not done so already, to update their policies and procedures to support good faith compliance with the impartial conduct standards required during the transition period.
