FaegreBD Team Advises Underwriters in Airgain's $52 Million Follow-On Offering

Faegre Baker Daniels represented the underwriters in Airgain’s follow-on offering consisting of primary and secondary shares. The common stock trades on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “AIRG.”  

Airgain is a leading provider of embedded antenna technologies used to enable high performance wireless networking. The company is headquartered in San Diego, CA.

Jon Zimmerman, a partner in FaegreBD’s capital markets practice, led the team along with Jeff Sherman, Ryan Woessner and Elena Simion. Cowen and Company, LLC, William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Northland Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wunderlich acted as co-manager for the offering.
