NAPA Ranks Fred Reish and Brad Campbell Among 15 Best ERISA Attorneys in U.S.

Fred Reish, a partner in Drinker Biddle & Reath’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group, and Brad Campbell, who serves as Counsel out of Drinker Biddle & Reath’s Washington, D.C., office, have been ranked among the Top 15 ERISA attorneys in the U.S. by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).

This list recognizes a select group of lawyers who were voted by NAPA readers as being the “best in the business.” More than 6,000 votes were cast, and the attorneys honored are seen as those that contribute to a better understanding of pension law.

As a partner in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group and Chair of both the Financial Services ERISA Team and the Retirement Income Team, Fred’s practice focuses on fiduciary issues, prohibited transactions, tax-qualification and DOL, SEC and FINRA examinations of retirement plans and IRA issues. His experience includes advising insurance companies and investment managers of the development of products and services that are consistent with ERISA's fiduciary standards and prohibited transaction restrictions, including retirement income investments and guarantees.

Brad concentrates his practice in employee benefits advice, specializing in ERISA Title I issues, including fiduciary conduct and prohibited transactions.  He was the former Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employee Benefits and head of the Employee Benefits Security Administration.
