Los Angeles partner Fred Reish and Washington, D.C. counsel Brad Campbell were quoted throughout a PLANADVISER article titled, “Plenty of Regulatory Action Ahead for Retirement Industry.”

Fred and Brad gave their insights on potential regulatory and legislation actions related to employer-sponsored retirement plans. They explored the 2015 regulatory agendas of the DOL, the SEC and FINRA, which are all expected to have a direct impact on the way retirement plans are administered under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and other legislation.
