For the second consecutive year, David Gross, Natalie Hanlon-Leh, Ken Liebman and Nina Wang of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP have been ranked among the world's leading intellectual property litigation lawyers by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine's IAM Patent 1000: The World's Leading Patent Practitioners. In addition, Faegre Baker Daniels has once again been ranked among the top litigation and licensing firms in both Colorado and Minnesota.

The second annual edition of the research guide identifies best-in-class patent prosecution, licensing and litigation practitioners in 50 key jurisdictions around the world. Over several months, IAM conducted close to 1,500 interviews with numerous patent specialists, collecting market intelligence on key leaders in the field. Individuals become eligible for a listing in the IAM Patent 1000 when they receive sufficient positive feedback from peers and clients with knowledge of their practice and the market within they which they operate.

According to IAM Patent 1000, Faegre Baker Daniels earned praise for providing its clients with critical in-depth insights, helping to secure persuasive wins. The firm's "astute management of litigation with a keen eye on clients' business goals" was also noted. The publication pointed out that the firm is a "significant competitor on disputes and transactions, attracting big-ticket mandates in the medical devices, electronics and pharmaceuticals industries, among others."

The guide commended Hanlon-Leh, who "brings brilliant strategic insights to litigation and secures great results for clients." Wang was described as "rising star" who "continues to make waves on the patent litigation scene." Gross was praised for his "great trial skills and direct, no-nonsense approach," and Liebman was described as "versatile and personable," an expert advisor in both litigation and licensing.
