Yesway Acquires Allsup’s Convenience Stores

Yesway, a convenience store retailer and portfolio company of Brookwood Financial Partners, acquired Clovis, New Mexico-based Allsup’s Convenience Stores. Our firm represented Yesway in the transaction, which is the largest acquisition in Yesway’s history. The addition of Allsup’s 304 stores brings Yesway to a total of 421 stores, bolsters its presence in New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma, and pushes the company further toward its goal of assembling a portfolio of more than 500 convenience stores and becoming one of the top 15 convenience retailers in the United States.
