Eli Isaacs counsels and assists public and private companies in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance matters and general corporate issues.
Eli also advises on the use of M&A representation and warranty insurance during transactions, a product that is being used with greater frequency in the current M&A market, and the use of derivative financial products for hedging against risk exposures.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Eli worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton, where he focused on corporate and financial transactions as well as U.S. bank regulatory matters.
