Trailhead Fund Limited Partnership completed a leveraged buyout of Applied Adhesives, Ward Adhesives Holdings, Inc. and Applied Products, Inc., a distributor of specialty adhesive products, in March 2017. Our firm represented Trailhead Fund on the transaction.
