Page also advises clients on employee benefit design and drafting for retirement plans of all types, including 401(k) and defined benefit plans, as well as nonqualified deferred compensation plans, SERP and arrangements subject to Code Section 409A.
Page works with financial service companies in the retirement and IRA market. She helps clients develop, secure and maintain IRS approval of the retirement plans or IRA documents that they offer to their customers. She advises clients on complying with the changing DOL fiduciary and prohibited transaction rules.

Page helps buyers and sellers work through the benefits issues associated with corporate changes, from helping sellers prepare for a transaction through assisting buyers with post-transaction benefit integration. She assists clients in negotiating benefit provisions in transaction documents and in identifying benefits-related risks in diligence.
