Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority Issues $129M in University of Pennsylvania Health System Refunding Revenue Bonds

The Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority issued $129 million of University of Pennsylvania Health System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2019, advancing the refunding of certain prior revenue bonds of the issuer issued on behalf of the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
