Equus Holdings Inc. Acquires Disc Publishing Business

Equus Holdings Inc. acquired the disc publishing business of Qumu Corporation (formerly Rimage Corporation), which were substantially all of Qumu's assets. The acquisition required the approval of shareholders of a public corporation. Our firm represented Equus Holdings in the transaction.
