Convey Compliance Systems Inc. was acquired by Taxware, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners. The transaction was structured as the contribution of all of Convey Compliance Systems' assets of an S corporation to a newly formed LLC, and the sale of equity interests in that LLC to Taxware. Our firm represented Convey Compliance Systems in the transaction.
