Iowa Insurance Commissioner Conducts Health Insurance Analysis

The Iowa Insurance Commissioner (and then NAIC President) examined the state's largest health insurer to determine whether the company's dominant market share had an adverse impact on Iowa consumers. The commissioner called for the demutualization of Principal Mutual Holding Company. Our firm represented the insurance commissioner in the examination.
