Helping clients identify the legal risks that arise in the context of strategic transactions and collaborating on ways to manage them is a key focus for Ike. He helps health care organizations achieve their goals through analyzing and developing transaction structures, leading high-stakes negotiations, and managing due-diligence teams responsible for reviewing considerable amounts of data on aggressive timelines.

Health Care Regulatory Compliance

Ike counsels clients on developing regulatory strategies, including compliance with health care facility licensing laws, health care privacy laws, Medicare and Medicaid, the Stark Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute. In addition, Ike advises on corporate governance issues and other day-to-day legal issues.
