Isaac Willett Joins Baker & Daniels' Health Care & Life Sciences Group

Isaac M. Willett has joined Baker & Daniels LLP as an associate in the health care and life sciences group. He will practice from the law firm's Indianapolis 96th Street office.

Willett represents clients in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other business transactions. He also counsels clients on developing regulatory strategies, including HIPAA and HITECH compliance, Medicare and Medicaid, the Stark Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Willett graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis after earning his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. Before joining Baker & Daniels, he practiced at Bingham McHale LLP.

Willett serves on the board of directors for the Venture Club of Indiana and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and Penrod Society.
