Overview

Brooke Razor represents employers in a wide variety of employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims and claims involving the enforcement of non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements. In addition, she advises employers on compliance issues and works with clients on employment policies, trainings and handbooks. She also has experience drafting employment contracts, performing wage and hour audits, and working on labor and employment deal diligence.

Brooke is a contributor to the firm's LaborSphere blog, which provides coverage and insights on breaking cases, recently enacted legislation and a broad range of labor issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Brooke was an associate at a prominent Philadelphia law firm.
