Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC Acts as Sole Bookrunner for $12.2M Offering of AEON Biopharma, Inc.

Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC acted as the sole bookrunner for a follow-on offering of the securities of AEON Biopharma, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Faegre Drinker provided legal representation throughout the transaction which consisted of 17,851,599 shares of common stock and prefunded warrants to purchase 24,837,008 shares of common stock. Each share of common stock or prefunded warrant was sold together with one two-year milestone warrant and one five-year milestone warrant. The net proceeds to AEON Biopharma, Inc. were approximately $12.2 million.
