San Francisco Equity Partners and Xceed Foodservice Group Acquire Stillwater Provisions

San Francisco Equity Partners and its portfolio company Xceed Foodservice Group came to Faegre Drinker for legal counsel in its acquisition of Stillwater Provisions, a mid-Atlantic food broker. The acquisition marks the 10th acquisition for the Xceed platform, expanding their reach into the region. San Francisco Equity Partners is a private equity firm focused on the consumer value chain and created Xceed to invest in and partner with leading regional independent brokerage companies focused exclusively on the foodservice ecosystem.
