San Francisco Equity Partners and its portfolio company Xceed Foodservice Group came to Faegre Drinker for legal counsel in its acquisition of Ritchie Marketing. The acquisition marks the 11th acquisition for the Xceed platform, enhancing its footprint in the upper Midwest market.
