APi Group, a global provider of safety, specialty, and industrial services, expanded its fire protection capabilities with the acquisition of Mid-Atlantic Fire Protection. Based in Virginia Beach, Mid-Atlantic Fire Protection offers comprehensive fire protection sprinkler systems design, installation, inspection, and maintenance services. Faegre Drinker represented APi Group in the acquisition.
