Northland Securities Serves as Lead Bookrunning Manager in $115M Confidential Public Offering

Northland Securities, Inc., a full-service brokerage and investment firm, served as lead bookrunning manager for a confidentially marketed public offering for New Era Energy & Digital Inc., a developer and operator of digital infrastructure and integrated power assets, securing approximately $100 million in proceeds with an additional $15 million in connection with the exercise of the over-allotment option. Faegre Drinker represented the investment firm throughout the transaction, which was successfully completed in April 2026.
