Craig-Hallum Capital Group acted as the sole underwriter for the public offering of Creative Realities, Inc., a leading provider of digital signage, media, and AdTech solutions. Faegre Drinker provided legal assistance to Craig-Hallum throughout the offering, which featured 2,528,571 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $3.50 per share and prefunded warrants to purchase up to 900,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $3.49 per prefunded warrant. The deal closed on June 30, 2026, for $12 million in proceeds to the company.
