Workiva Completes Acquisition of OneCloud

Workiva Inc., a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, completed the acquisition of OneCloud Inc., a next-generation integration-platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) provider. Faegre Drinker represented Workiva in the transaction, which solidifies and accelerates Workiva’s position as a leading cloud platform for financial, regulatory and operational reporting.
