JP Morgan Trust Company of Delaware Obtains Favorable Post-Trial Ruling

JP Morgan Trust Company of Delaware obtained a post-trial ruling before Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster in the Delaware Court of Chancery that held that the company did not breach its fiduciary duty as a trustee of a trust for the benefit of Hadley Fisher. Oderah Nwaeze represented JP Morgan Trust Company of Delaware in the matter, acting as first-chair attorney during the trial.
