FCCC Inc. Majority Owners Sell Interest, FCCC Simultaneously Completes Private Placement

The majority owners of FCCC Inc., a publicly traded company, sold their interest in the company and FCCC simultaneously completed a private placement of shares to Huijun He and American Public Investment Co. Faegre Drinker represented the majority owners in the transactions, and our firm also previously represented the majority owners in their original purchase of their interest in FCCC in 2014.
