DOJ Prosecutes Automaker Manager for Emissions Conspiracy

The U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted a senior manager at one of the world’s largest automakers for his alleged role in a conspiracy to mislead the EPA and the public about the emissions control software used in more than 100,000 diesel vehicles. Henry Van Dyck represented the DOJ in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
