White Mountain Apache Housing Authority Uses Tax Credits to Develop Low-Income Housing

WMAHA Limited Partnership #7 and its general partner, the White Mountain Apache Housing Authority, developed a 44-building affordable housing project in Cibecue, Arizona, with our firm acting as special tax counsel.

An affiliate of Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc. was the investor in the project, which received a $10,302,670 allocation of low-income tax credits from the Arizona Department of Housing. Our firm is involved in a majority of the low-income tax credit transactions in Indian Country.
