Enstar Group Limited Enters Senior Unsecured Term Loan Credit Agreement

Enstar Group Limited, a multifaceted insurance group that offers innovative capital release solutions and specialty underwriting capabilities through a network of group companies spanning the globe, entered into a three-year, senior unsecured term loan credit agreement with initial commitments in an aggregate amount of $500 million and with an option to increase the commitments by up to an aggregate amount of $150 million.
