Transportation Parts Manufacturer Settles FLSA Collective Action Lawsuit

A transportation parts supplier and manufacturer defended an FLSA collective action lawsuit filed by an employee in the Southern District of Indiana. The suit alleged time rounding violations and sought to represent a class of about 700 employees. Our firm helped the manufacturer reach a favorable settlement with the named plaintiff on an individual basis and the collective action claim was dropped.
