Radian Group Inc. commenced and completed cash tender offers to purchase certain of the company's outstanding senior notes. The tender offers were fully subscribed as of the early participation time and resulted in the purchases of aggregate principal amounts of approximately $141.4 million, $115.9 million and $152.3 million of Radian's senior notes due 2019, 2020 and 2021, respectively.
