Federal Affairs Guidance Results in Visas for Afghan Allies

Our firm provides ongoing federal affairs guidance on a pro bono basis to the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP). Among other policy priorities, the team works to extend the Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) Program on an annual basis. The SIV program represents a promise made to our wartime allies who, along with their families, have faced torture, kidnapping and death threats as a direct result of their dedication to the U.S. mission in Afghanistan.
