The U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted a $3.2 million health care fraud case against the owners and operators of a psychotherapy clinic. Henry Van Dyck served as co-lead counsel in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Both defendants were convicted after a two-week trial.
