Representation of Key Creditor in China Fishery/Pacific Andes Restructuring

Patrick Corr and Buvini Kularatne represented a key creditor involved in the restructuring of the China Fishery/Pacific Andes group of companies, advising the creditor through litigation and restructuring proceedings in Hong Kong, Singapore, the British Virgin Islands and Peru, as well as in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
