Insurer Defends Trademark and Obtains Transfer of Domain Name

A multi-line insurer obtained an ex parte temporary restraining order leading to a permanent injunction and order transferring a domain name based on the defendant’s registration of the client’s domain name in violation of the Federal Trademark Dilution and Lanham Acts.
