DOJ Prosecutes Defrauding of 500+ Investors in Florida

The U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted a securities fraud case against the founder and owner of a foreign exchange trading company that defrauded more than 500 investors out of approximately $30 million. Henry Van Dyck served as co-counsel in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. After charges were brought, the owner pled guilty.
