Airline Company Wins Dismissal in Antitrust Claims Brought by Opt-Out Plaintiffs

An airline company won a dismissal in class action brought by travel agents opting out of the Fourth Circuit class action. Our firm represented the airline in the class action lawsuit.

Travel agents brought the antitrust claims against domestic and international airlines over the airlines' imposition of caps on, and ultimate elimination of, travel agent commissions. Dismissal was affirmed on appeal by U.S. Court of Appeals for Sixth Circuit.
