Overview
Sam Zuehlke counsels clients in real estate matters. She is committed to providing practical solutions to achieve clients’ real estate goals in both transactions and disputes.
Real Estate Transactions
Sam has advised municipalities and other public entities across Minnesota with respect to their real estate needs, providing clear and practical guidance.
She drafts purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, easements, encroachment agreements, and plat opinion letters. She also handles quiet title and proceeding subsequent matters.
Sam reviews and advises on zoning issues, conducts real estate due diligence, and guides real estate transactions from negotiating terms of agreements through closings.
Real Estate Disputes
Sam conducts legal research, and drafts summary judgment motions, post-trial motions, and appellate briefs in proceedings related to real estate. She has given oral arguments before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. In addition, Sam has initiated eminent domain actions as condemning authority.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Sam enjoys drawing and painting, reading comic books, and exploring Minnesota’s state parks with her family and border collie.
