Overview

Marcus Weymiller provides comprehensive support to businesses that are facing legal issues, focusing on mass tort and product liability risks.

Prior Experience

Marcus returned to the firm in 2025 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable L. Steven Grasz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Before clerking, Marcus was a litigation associate with the firm and represented food and agribusiness clients in litigation and regulatory matters. His work included assisting in all phases of a dispute, from analyzing contracts and counseling clients on potential issues to drafting research memoranda, demand letters, mediation statements, pre-trial motions and arbitration briefs.

Earlier in his legal career, Marcus clerked for the Honorable G. Barry Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court and interned with the Honorable C.J. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. Through these roles, he gained experience with complex civil and criminal issues at both the appellate and trial court levels.

Personal Interests

Marcus takes joy in the great outdoors on his family farm by hunting deer, turkeys, sheds and morel mushrooms. He also likes attending college sporting events with his wife and daughter and is an active member in his church community.
