Thandar Thet counsels public and privately held companies on a variety of corporate matters, including transactions, governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior Experience
Before beginning her legal career, Thandar served in a national security and intelligence role for the United States Navy, where she led analytical teams and managed high-level information in support of complex operations. In this capacity, she produced and presented intelligence reports to senior leadership, maintained critical data systems, and trained incoming analysts to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
During her time with the Navy, Thandar also supported international missions and joint operations by developing analytical frameworks, preparing briefings and coordinating cross-agency communications. Through this experience, she gained a strong foundation in leadership, precision and data-driven decision-making that informs her approach to legal analysis and client service today.
Thandar served as a summer associate with the firm in 2023 and 2024.
Personal Interests
Thandar enjoys lifting weights, playing board games with friends and travelling to new cities.
