Overview

Eva Tang supports clients in navigating intellectual property matters, with a focus on patents.

Before joining the firm, Eva was a summer associate for two summers, working with Faegre Drinker attorneys on patent preparation and prosecution, freedom-to-operate analyses, patent infringement and validity investigations, and other intellectual property matters. During law school, she assisted Emory’s Office of Technology Transfer in issues regarding software and medical device patents. Eva also served as president of the Emory Intellectual Property Law Society.

Personal Interests

An accomplished violinist with 20 years of musical experience, Eva played in symphony orchestras during college and law school.
