Overview

Michael Rotellini counsels clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as a term law clerk to the Honorable M. Douglas Harpool of the US District Court for the Western District of Missouri. In that role, he researched legal issues, drafted court orders, collaborated with chambers staff on active matters, and assisted with the disposition of cases across the court's docket.

During law school, Michael gained experience in both large-firm and litigation settings. As a summer associate at Faegre Drinker, he conducted legal research, prepared memoranda, and supported attorneys on a variety of client matters. Earlier, [Michael served as a summer law clerk with a personal injury firm, where he researched legal issues, drafted pleadings and discovery materials, and worked closely with attorneys to gain practical litigation experience.

In addition to his legal experience, Michael served as an assistant cross country and track coach, helping student-athletes develop and achieve their goals through training, competition, and mentorship. This experience strengthened his teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, which continue to inform his approach to client service.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Michael is an avid marathon runner who has qualified for the Boston Marathon and has run eight different marathons. When he is not out running on the Colorado trails, he is an avid coffee enthusiast and enjoys finding different recipes to try out.
