Elle Ottaviani counsels in business litigation and dispute resolution. Her prior experience as a tax lawyer enables her to simplify complex legal issues to give clear and practical advice to clients.

Prior Experience

Elle previously practiced as a tax associate in Washington, D.C., at one of the world’s largest law firms. From her experience in corporate law, she always seeks to understand the business motivations underlying legal issues. As a result, she focuses on a client’s business priorities while addressing their immediate legal needs. Elle has experience in criminal tax matters, internal investigations, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and pretrial discovery.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Elle enjoys practicing French, This American Life, yoga and knitting.
