Overview
Lisa Okragly assists corporate clients with all tax-related issues as they come up in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, complex financings and fund formation. She offers bespoke advice to corporations, partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds and multinational enterprises.
Prior Experience
Lisa most recently served as a tax associate at a law firm in New York where she represented a number of corporations and private equity and hedge funds in tax-related matters. She also assisted drafting documents and disclosure related to Chapter 11 Bankruptcies.
During law school, Lisa served as a summer associate at law firms in New Jersey and New York.
Before attending law school, Lisa served as a management associate and an auditor at a large energy company in New York where she implemented a new tax procedure to use when coding invoices. She was also responsible for responding to audit requests from the state.
Personal Interests
Lisa loves reading, snowboarding, going to concerts and is an avid runner.
