Overview

Shelby Mohr provides comprehensive support to businesses that are facing mass tort and product liability risks.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Shelby served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Patrick Hanlon of the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. In that role, she performed research, drafted legal memoranda and orders, assisted in trial preparation and trial, and helped manage cases. This experience provided her with valuable insight into federal court practice and judicial decision-making.

During law school, Shelby was a summer associate at Faegre Drinker, where she supported attorneys on a variety of litigation and transactional matters through legal research, writing, and document analysis. She also participated in client calls, depositions, and court hearings, gaining firsthand exposure to the practical aspects of client representation and advocacy.

In addition to her legal experience, Shelby held customer-facing and operational roles in the hospitality industry, managing high-volume operations, supervising team members, coordinating inventory and vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clientele. These experiences strengthened her communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills and continue to inform her client-service approach.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Shelby is typically staying active, usually at her local SolidCore. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, solving crossword puzzles, and watching Minnesota Twins Baseball.
