Whether navigating contract disputes, class actions, or regulatory issues, Harry brings a detail-oriented and results-driven approach to each case. Managing all aspects of high-stakes litigation, he conducts in-depth legal research; appears in court; takes depositions; and writes complex pleadings, critical motions, and appellate briefs.

  • Litigated multimillion-dollar contract disputes
  • Represented clients in property and construction litigation concerning projects across the United States
  • Represented public institutions in administrative law disputes and related litigation
  • Crafted proposed legislative amendments on behalf of Fortune 20 automobile manufacturers

Prior Experience

Harry previously served as an extern for the Honorable Matthew McDermott of the Iowa Supreme Court. In that role he wrote bench memoranda, produced assessments of petitions for further review, proofread judicial opinions, and performed extensive research on emerging legal issues before the court. 

In law school, Harry was a note editor for the Drake Law Review, a philanthropy co-chair of Drake Law’s Delta Theta Phi chapter, and a member of the ABA Client Counseling Competition team.

Personal Interests

Harry is an avid soccer fan. Since hanging up his cleats, he enjoys watching former teammates play in professional competitions all over the world. He also enjoys visiting art museums, hiking, and training in Muay Thai.
