Patton Lu

Overview

Patton Lu advises clients across a range of industries throughout all phases of litigation. He offers guidance through written and oral advocacy, discovery, motions and trial preparation.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Patton had a legal internship with the Lawyers Alliance for New York. In this role, he drafted intake memos in relation to pro bono work requests, followed and alerted clients to changes in New York nonprofit law, and researched the legalities of attorney-client relationships between legal service organizations, volunteer attorneys and their potential clients.

Patton was a summer associate with the firm in 2023.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Patton enjoys health and fitness activities, including weightlifting, soccer and ultimate frisbee. He also enjoys cooking and listening to food-related podcasts, particularly ones that hit on hot topics in the culinary scene and that discuss the history of food from different cultures.
